We have spent the last few months learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact. For West Shore Home, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, community, and then making adjustments to our day-to-day lives. We have one main goal: keeping our customers and our employees safe. With that in mind, we will be making a few changes to how our company operates.
Our Design Consultants will be bringing hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to each appointment to protect themselves, our customers, and the technology that we use in the home. They will also be monitoring their own personal health. If a Design Consultant, or any other employee of West Shore Home, is experiencing symptoms they are required to stay home.
If we become aware that an employee is feeling ill, we will immediately contact you to reschedule your appointment. This is all to keep you and our employees safe. If you have any concerns, we will be happy to assist you and answer any questions that you may have. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees.
